Rise and Grind offers an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring athletes to elevate their individual and team game, and transform into elite basketball players. This is a 8 week program that is delivered in the mornings before school.
Time: 6:30am - 7:30am
Tuesdays = Coffs Harbour (Sportz Central)
Wednesdays = Woolgoolga (Wiigulga Sports Complex)
Thursdays = Woolgoolga Warehouse 3/3 Tonnage Place
Fridays = Woolgoolga Warehouse 3/3 Tonnage Place

Our fun and transformative hoops and fitness training sessions are designed to empower participants with a holistic approach to basketball skill development and physical conditioning. Through these sessions, athletes hone their fundamental basketball techniques and delve into the intricate nuances of footwork, body positioning, defence framework and physical conditioning.
