Rob is a talented player who has transferred his ability to play the game to the ability to coach the game. After coaching Rob for a year here at the Adelaide 36ers I was surprised at his ability to pick up the nuances of our offense and defense as quickly as he did. While playing here Rob would routinely work out the juniors and built quite a following of young developing players which included my daughter at the time who went on to play Div 1 college basketball thanks to Rob.
